Tami Henry has been chosen as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for elementary schools. Tami is a 2nd grade teacher at Harmony Elementary and has taught for Hemet Unified School School District for the past eleven years teaching 2nd and 5th grades. Tami has the unique ability to meet all students at their social, emotional, and academic levels and take them to even higher levels of achievement by carefully differentiating instruction based on their individual needs. Mrs. Henry says, “I hope my students will develop a love for learning because there are so many things in life that come and go such as possessions, wealth, and even loved ones. But no one can ever take away your education and ability to think and learn.” Tami’s favorite part of teaching is helping children learn and grow, and supporting them through the process.
