Budget and Financial Reports

Hemet Unified adopts its annual budget every year in June. Interim reports are prepared twice during the year and include revisions to the adopted budget based on changes in projected revenues and expenditures. The Unaudited Actuals report is presented after the close of the fiscal year and reports final revenues and expenses pending any audit adjustments. The final financial or audit report for the fiscal year is available in December for the preceding  fiscal year. A Debt Report is also prepared annually. The Debt report describes the debt liabilities of the district. These reports are all prepared by Hemet Unfied's Fiscal Services staff.
