Congratulations to Maria "Griselda" Alvarez for being named the Faculty Focus Friday employee for elementary schools. Griselda is an instructional aide at Jacob Wiens Elementary and has been with Hemet Unified for 15 years. She always demonstrates a deep commitment to supporting teachers and students within special education as well as inclusive classrooms. She has made and continues to make a significant positive impact on the entire school community by exceeding staff and student needs. Griselda goes above and beyond by showing exceptional initiative, is masterful at building relationships, and always makes students feel welcomed, loved and safe. Jacob Wiens Elementary staff and students are lucky to have such a dedicated professional amongst their team. Great job and thank you for everything that you do!
