A big shout out to Juan Sandoval, Custodian and Baseball Coach for West Valley High School on being the Faculty Focus Friday employee for high schools. Juan embodies team and culture at West Valley. He constantly embraces ways he can support the efforts of the school -- in the classroom, on the athletic fields, and in staff meetings. He leads the custodial team and is a great voice for his team. He teaches his athletes to be professional and supportive and models all that he teaches. The school and the community are better places because of the work that he does.
