Ms. Stacy Ciampa was selected as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for middle schools. Ms. Ciampa is a key asset to the Rancho Viejo Middle School team. During the start of the 2021-2022 school year, she has supported the administration with many tasks, such as running staff meetings, providing professional development to staff, and organizing school events such as Back-to-School-Night. When acting as an admin designee, she always arrives early to work eager to support the team. She is proactive and is constantly asking the admin team and counselors if they need any support or if they have any special projects for her. As our Alternative to Suspension (ATS) teacher, she supports our student discipline matrix and has had positive effects on the overall school culture and school systems. Furthermore, she is an advocate for students with high needs and is always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that students experience success at school. Ms. Ciampa has established a high-quality ATS program at Rancho Viejo with a restorative practices mindset and consistently uses data to assess the success of the program.
