Mrs. Chris Ortiz, the Office Manager at Diamond Valley Middle School, was chosen as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for middle schools. Mrs. Ortiz is the first point of contact for guest teachers and classified staff members when they come to DVMS; upon arrival, these guests receive a chipper welcome, specific job information, and materials required for the day. After welcoming guest staff members, Mrs. Ortiz works on a wide variety of other tasks she is responsible for, such as aligning expenditures with allocations, managing the office staff, coordinating the administrative team, overseeing payroll, and communicating with outside entities. Mrs. Ortiz's exemplary aptitude for organization is evident in every aspect of her work.
