Tracy Roland was chosen as Cawston Elementary’s Faculty Focus Friday employee for elementary schools. Mrs. Roland has been a teacher at Cawston since the year we opened in 2004. Mrs. Roland is an incredibly patient, calm teacher who encourages her students to do their very best. Mrs. Roland works diligently to meet the needs of all her students. She uses alternative seating options to create an engaging and successful learning environment. She is respected by her colleagues, students and families she serves. Mrs. Roland is retiring and moving to Idaho at the end of this year. While we will feel her loss tremendously, we could not be more happy for her new adventure.
