Corey Hanson was selected as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for middle schools. Corey is a first-year social studies teacher at Rancho Viejo Middle School. He has embraced the Maverick spirit and has excelled in every project he has taken on. His enthusiasm for the content only serves to energize his students as they strive for greatness. Corey has been one of the lead teachers in adopting the DBQ (Document Based Question) approach in social studies, and his students have performed at a very high level.
