PAYROLL NEWS 

 
7/1/19 -Deferred Net Pay program will be eliminated by the Riverside County Office of Education.
 
 
1/1/19- CSEA wage increase 1%; HTA salary increase 2%
 
7/31/18- Changes to High School Summer School timecard payroll processing and payment method on payday, July 31st. See memo and details here. 
 
7/1/18- CSEA wage increase 9%; HTA salary increase 1%
 
 
1/1/18- All Credit Union Voluntary Deductions will cease from being deducted on paychecks.

7/1/17 - Paychecks/Paystubs will no longer be distributed at the sites/depts on pay day. All Paychecks/Paystubs will be mailed for all employees from this date forward. Please note that paystubs/paychecks are always mailed at least one day prior to payday. However, (once paystubs/paychecks leave our facility) the amount of time it takes to deliver your paycheck/paystub to your mailbox is determined by the U.S. Postal Service and is out of our control. Employees wishing to ensure their money is always available on payday should consider signing up for Direct Deposit. Employees are not permitted to pick up paychecks at the District Office. It is important that employees make sure the district has their correct address on file.  
 
6/20/17- Board approves HTA salary increases: 1.5% retroactive to 1/1/17, .5% effective 7/1/17, and 1.5% effective 1/1/18.
 
1/1/17 - Deferred Net Pay - New enrollees will not be accepted into the Riverside County Office of Education Deferred Net Pay program beginning January 1, 2017.  RCOE will be discontinuing the DNP program for all employees effective 7/1/2019. 
 
 
9/1/15 - Non-bargaining unit employees now eligible to use AB1522 Sick Leave. For more information, please see Sub/Hourly Sick Leave for more information.
 
 
5/20/15 - As part of AB1469, the employee contribution rates for CalSTRS will increase to 9.20% (from 8.15%) for 2% at 60 CalSTRS members and to 8.56% (from 8.15%) for 2% at 62 CalSTRS members effective 7/1/15.  Additionally, the District contribution rate for CalSTRS will increase to 10.73% (from 8.88%) effective 7/1/15.  For more information, Please see the AB1469 Fact Sheet.
