Mr. Robert Brown is a 2nd year social studies teacher at Hemet High School teaching U.S. History. Mr. Brown is very actively involved on campus in and outside the classroom. He is committed to providing high quality and engaging learning experiences in the classroom by making the content relevant to students through use of educational technology and intentional pedagogy that maximizes student engagement. Mr. Brown is very creative in his curriculum development, using clever pop culture references to maintain student interest throughout his entire lesson plan which fosters higher levels of thinking and learning.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Brown is active in supporting and improving school culture at Hemet High School, especially with one of our esteemed student clubs: Young Black Scholars (YBS). The club's mission is to promote a positive and productive representation of the African American community on and off the Hemet High School campus. Mr. Brown and YBS are currently planning a Black History Festival in February for all students of Hemet High to enjoy music, performances, art and snacks during lunchtime. In addition, he is the Mock Trial assistant coach and is often seen attending and supporting various events after school. We are so fortunate to have Mr. Brown as a member of our Bulldog Family!
