Diana Welty Guerrero was selected as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for alternative sites. Mrs. Welty Gurrero is the science teacher and newest member of the ASPIRE Community Day School family. ASPIRE students interviewed her and found that she always thought Physics was exciting and was a great way to engage students as well as inspire them to know more about the world we live in. Students asked her why she wanted to come to a school like ASPIRE, and she responded that she found it rewarding to help kids that may have taken the wrong path or made the wrong choice, to get back on track and help them be successful. Students said they felt very fortunate that she chose to work at ASPIRE and called her “a true Spartan!”
