In Saturday’s semifinals, the Mustangs were unstoppable — sweeping Elsinore (25-22, 25-14, 25-17) for the third time this season! Deonys Ioane led the team with 11 kills and 3 aces, while Kamryn Hubbell added 9 kills and 6 aces — both without a single attack error! The Mustangs’ powerful serving game (15 team aces!) and all-around dominance sealed their historic trip to the Finals.

Coach Shaun Pulsipher credited the incredible energy in the gym: “We played so well all the way around in front of the biggest crowd we’ve had all season — I couldn’t be prouder.”   Here is the full Press Enterprise article:  https://www.pressenterprise.com/2025/11/01/west-valley-girls-volleyball-team-sweeps-elsinore-to-reach-division-7-final/

The phenomenal crowd support and loud, passionate cheering section fueled the team’s momentum every point of the way!

Now, the Mustangs are one win away from joining the 2008 Boys Basketball and 2023 Girls Swim teams as West Valley’s only CIF Section Champions.

GoFan tickets are on sale now, and we’d love for everyone to come out and show your Mustang Pride!

ASB is organizing a rooter bus — reach out if you want to be part of this historic run!
