HUSD is proud to announce that Western Center Academy has earned top rankings in California according to U.S. News & World Report. The academy was recognized as the 16th Top High School in California, 149th National Ranking, and 2nd in all of Riverside County.
These rankings reflect Western Center Academy’s ongoing commitment to academic excellence, student achievement, and college and career readiness. The school demonstrates strong performance in standardized testing, graduation rates, and proficiency in core subjects.
Western Center Academy reports a graduation rate of 100 percent, well above the national average, an average SAT score of 1240, and an average ACT score of 27, with 95 percent of students proficient in reading and 63 percent proficient in math. Western Center Academy offers rigorous curriculum, a variety of extracurricular opportunities, and Advanced Placement courses, all designed to prepare students for life beyond high school. The school’s student-teacher ratio of 25:1 ensures that students receive personalized instruction and support throughout their academic journey.
