Little Lake is proud to recognize our lunch supervision aides, Ms. Stephanie Mitchell and Ms. Courtney Gaglio, for the Employee of Excellence award. Since joining us this year, Stephanie and Courtney have gone far beyond their daily duties to transform the lunchtime experience for our students.
They are remarkably proactive, not only ensuring students follow safety expectations but also providing tailored guidance to those who need extra support. They possess a keen eye for improvement, frequently analyzing our systems to develop creative incentives that encourage positive behavior. Their reliability, positive attitudes, and daily smiles have made them indispensable members of our team. We appreciate all they do for our students here at Little Lake Elementary!
