Mrs. Organiscak is a dedicated special education teacher who serves our youngest Jaguars in grades TK–2. In just over a year at Jacob Wiens, she has made a tremendous impact on both students and staff. She has implemented individual data folders that allow students to track their progress weekly, celebrate their growth, and take ownership of their learning.

In addition to her dedication to student success, Mrs. Organiscak is always willing to share her knowledge, provide guidance, and support fellow staff members. Her collaborative spirit, commitment to continuous growth, and passion for helping students succeed make her a valued member of our Jaguar family.
