Health Services Training 

District School Nurses routinely provided employee training at staff meetings and other settings. Topics include:

  • Asthma-Inhaler/Neutralizer Use
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Diabetes
  • Field Trip Trainings
  • Medication Administration 
  • Seizures

Specialty training is provided on a one-on-one basis for health technicians and staff. Topics include:

  • Catheterization
  • G-Tube Feedings
  • Instructional Aide for the Severely Handicapped (IASH)
  • Health Office Overview/Management
