Jessica Ortega is an extremely hard worker and dedicated employee. Her attention to detail is not only impressive, but imperative as Ms. Ortega personally handles all of the contractual and field trip billing for the Transportation Department. She is always professional, courteous and kind to everyone she deals with, even when she is busy and under extreme deadlines. Her positive attitude is uplifting to others and is such an admirable trait. Jessica is one of the strongest individuals I have ever met and is so deserving of this recognition.
