Ms. Heidi Nickles, a Language Arts teacher at Rancho Viejo Middle School, has been chosen as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for middle schools. Ms. Nickles has been a great addition to the site’s ELA department. In a short amount of time, she has made an impact on the campus by getting involved in the leadership teams and by her instructional practices. Ms. Nickles is always friendly and willing to help students and staff. Rancho Viejo is very fortunate to have her as part of their staff.
