Assistant Superintendent of H.R., Dr. Derek Jindra receives prestigious ACSA Negotiator of the Year Award

ACSA is the largest organization for school leaders in the United States, serving more than17,000 California educators. ACSA prioritizes advocating for public school students in K-12, as well as adult learners and serves administrators in 19 regions throughout California, each made up of local charters.

This recognition is a testament to his professionalism and unwavering commitment to ensuring positive outcomes for staff, students and families. Dr. Jindra has consistently demonstrated unparalleled expertise in navigating complex negotiations with grace, strategic acumen, and a keen understanding of the dynamics involved.
