Document Upload

To enroll your student in Hemet Unified School District you need to upload the following documents to Aeries in order to complete the enrollment of your student.
  • These are the documents needed for online enrollment:
    • Verification of student birth date
      • Original Birth certificate
      • Baptismal certificate duly attested
      • Passport
      • Adoption/Foster Care Record
      • Hospital Birth Record
      • Affidavit of Parent/Guardian 
    • Verification of Parent/Guardian
      • Current driver's License
      • ID Card
      • Bank ID card with photo
      • Passport
      • Company / Work ID with photo
      • Other ID with photo
    • Immunization records 
    • Individualized Education Program (IEP), If applicable
    • 504 Plan, if applicable
    • Report Card or Transcripts (9th -12th)
    • Court order, if applicable
    • Proof of address (any utility bill setting service address, escrow paperwork, or rental agreement, within 60 days)
Scanning Your Documents
You can scan your documents with a scanner connected to your computer or scan a picture with your cell phone. We recommend you upload documents that are in a PDF format. On your computer you can use your scanners program or windows fax and scan utility to scan your documents but make sure they are in PDF format.You can scan documents as a PDF on your phone by using the programs listed below. Make sure you label your scans so you can easily find them when you go to upload them.

After you have scanned all your documents you now need to start the enrollment process by creating an Aeries account.
