COVID 19 Exposure

What to do when your student is exposed to a confirmed positive COVID infection

 
Does your student have any symptoms? This includes:
 
Fever or Chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
 
If your student has any of these symptoms please stay home and get a COVID 19 test. There are many locations that offer free COVID 19 tests such as Walgreens or CVS.
 
 
 
If your student has no symptoms of COVID 19 but has been exposed to someone who has and do not consent to COVID 19 testing, the student can self quarantine for 10 days and complete their schoolwork with independent study.

the student can return to school immediately by filling out a consent form of student testing for COVID 19 administered at the school they attend. If you consent to testing of your student for COVID 19 please fill out the consent form by clicking the button below.
