Athletic Coaches

All Athletic Coaches for Hemet Unified School District must be approved by the Governing Board before beginning to coach.  This ensures that coaches have met all requirements such as having a background clearance, being certified in CPR, First Aid,  concussion awareness, and sudden cardiac arrest (starting with the 2015-16 athletic season), and receive training in the principles of coaching prior to working with students.

Please see checklist below for all requirements.

If you are interested in becoming a coach at a particular Hemet School, please contact the Athletic Director for that school prior to submitting any forms.  Certificated staff are given 1st priority for all coaching positions.
