Measure E

Voters passed Measure E, the $60 Million General Obligation Bond, on the March 5, 2002 Ballot that provided funding for classroom and facility improvements throughout the Hemet Unified School District.  

 

Proceeds were spent only for construction, including furnishings and equipping of school facilities or acquisition or lease of real property for school facilities as identified in the projects list. 

 

1)     The first series of Measure E bonds (Series A) of $23 million were issued in June 2002.

2)     The second series of Measure E bonds (Series B) of $15 million was issued in June 2003. 

3)     The third series of Measure E bonds (Series C) of $10 million were issued in June 2004. 

4)     The fourth series of Measure E bonds (Series D) of $6 million were issued in May 2005.

5)     The fifth and final series of Measure E bonds (Series E) of $6 million were issued in February 2006.
